2. Acceptance of Terms

3. License Grant

3.1 License for Materials

You retain ownership of any original Materials you post or submit through the Service. However, by posting or submitting Materials, you grant D3E Studio and its Affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to:

This license ends when you delete or remove your Materials from our Service, except to the extent that those Materials have been shared with others or incorporated into the Service or related media in a manner that cannot be reasonably removed or deleted.

3.2 License for Names, Trademarks, and Likenesses

By posting or submitting Materials that contain trademarks, trade names, personal names, or likenesses, you grant D3E Studio and its Affiliates the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such trademarks, trade names, personal names, and likenesses as they appear in your Materials for the purpose of providing, promoting, and improving the Service.

4. Generated Code

4.1 Ownership

Any code automatically generated by D3E Studio in response to your input (“Generated Code”) is provided “as-is.” Unless otherwise specified, and subject to these Terms, you retain full rights and ownership in any Generated Code created from your input, designs, or customizations.

4.2 Use and Distribution

You are free to use, copy, modify, distribute, and sell Generated Code for any lawful purpose without additional permission from D3E Studio. This freedom does not apply to any third-party content or code incorporated into the Generated Code that is subject to its own license terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any such license terms.

4.3 Disclaimer

D3E Studio does not guarantee that the Generated Code is free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or other issues. You are responsible for testing, reviewing, and validating the Generated Code before deploying or distributing it.

4.4 Third-Party Licenses

If any portion of the Generated Code utilizes or incorporates third-party libraries, frameworks, or other open-source components, your use of such components may be governed by the applicable open-source or third-party license terms. You agree to review and comply with those license terms as applicable.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

1. Lawful Use: You agree that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit, post, or otherwise make available any Material that:

  • Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or encourages violence.
  • Violates the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any other code intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware.

D3E Studio IP: All content and materials (excluding your Materials or Generated Code as described above), including but not limited to the software code, design, logos, graphics, and text provided by D3E Studio in connection with the Service, are the exclusive property of D3E Studio or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the D3E Studio IP without the prior written consent of D3E Studio.

2. Your Feedback: If you provide suggestions, comments, or other feedback about our Service, you grant D3E Studio the right to use such feedback without any restriction or compensation to you.

8. Disclaimers

1. No Warranty: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. D3E Studio makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service.

2. Generated Code: While D3E Studio strives to ensure that Generated Code meets your needs, we make no warranty regarding its performance, security, or functionality. You are solely responsible for any use of the Generated Code.

9. Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, D3E Studio and its Affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service or the Generated Code.

10. Modifications to These Terms

D3E Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Termination
