Legal notices

  • " Affiliates " means any subject that is controlled, controlled or controlled by 'D3E Studio' (see if this item is required or is limited to " any subject controlled by 'D3E Studio' "
  • "Materials" means all contents that the user sends to 'D3E Studio' including graphics, photographs, illustrations and texts;
  • "Medium" means any means known to the present or future design of information transmission.

License for materials

With this Agreement, you grant 'D3E Studio' and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, pre-paid license. There is also a non-paying license. Both, both paid and unpaid, have limited functionality over time to:
  • Reproduce, distribute and publicly display the materials, in whole or in part, in every mode and half;
  • Modify, adapt, translate and create works derived from materials, in whole or in part, in any mode and half;
  • Sub-fire the rights mentioned above, in whole or in part, with or without consideration.

License for names, trademarks and the like

With this Agreement, you grant to 'D3E Studio' and its Affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, pre-paid license. There is also a non-paying license. Both, both paid and free, have limited functionality over time to use all trademarks, trade names, names, and portraits of all names that appear in the materials. You grant 'D3E Studio' (and its Affiliates and sub-licensees) the right to use the name used in relation to the materials sent.

Specifications and Guidelines

You agree to submit material in accordance with the Guidelines for using the Service published on the 'D3E Studio' website ("Guidelines") or otherwise communicated in the event of a future modification of the Guidelines.

Limitations

You agree not to send unlawful, pornographic, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, or reprisalsable material under a racial, ethnic or other profile, or materials that in any way violate the general rules of 'D3E Studio'.
D3E Studio' reserves expressly and at its sole discretion the right to remove or not make available those materials that are identified as a violation of this Agreement, applicable laws, or community rules.

Refuse materials

'D3E Studio' has the right but not the obligation to include materials in the Service or in any way. At its discretion and for any reason, 'D3E Studio' may refuse the materials or remove them from the Service at any time.

Contract changes

'D3E Studio' reserves the right to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, any clause of this Agreement or the Specific Terms or the Guidelines governing the Service. All changes will come into effect following publication on 'D3E Studio's website.

'D3E Studio's intellectual property rights

Without the prior written consent of 'D3E Studio', any use of the intellectual property rights of 'D3E Studio', including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, or any other copyrighted material, is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Liability

'D3E Studio' and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, accidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages arising out of or in breach of contract, negligence or fault) arising out of or relating to this Agreement, even if 'D3E Studio' (and its affiliates) they were aware of the possibility of such damages or were aware of or should have known them.

Further Customer Ratings Guidelines

Customer reviews are subject to the following guidelines, in addition to the above:
  • If your review has been removed or refused because it does not comply with the Content Guidelines, you will not be able to send another review for the same product, even if different content;
  • If we encounter an unusually high number of published reviews in a short period of time, we could limit the number of reviews that are not part of the Verified Purchase program that was published for that product.
