We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Programmer Analyst to join our AI-first development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI-powered application development and full-stack software engineering, with the ability to work across modern and legacy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent development agents leveraging large language models such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, and similar architectures.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and CAG (Context-Aware Generation) pipelines, and build multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and C#.
• Build responsive web and mobile interfaces using React.js, Flutter, React Native, and modern JavaScript.
• Integrate and manage data infrastructure, including both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Cassandra, as well as vector databases like FAISS, Chroma and Qdrant.
• Work with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker and Maven, must actively participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Ensure robust error handling, testing, and validation of generated code and services.
• Comply with secure coding practices and contribute to internal standards for performance, security, and documentation.
• Engage in brainstorming and R&D to prototype and validate AI-native workflows for project scaffolding, low-code app creation, and intelligent deployment.
